·        Dealing with these quantities involved conversion factors, because they units of a particular quantity related with other system of units.

·        MATLAB which is a high level programming language provides us a tool like Graphical User Interface (GUI) is very useful for to make different type of device code.

·        One of these is a temperature convertor by using this we can convert given temperature scale into other temperature scale by using a single click.

·        It is very helpful for the Scientists and Engineers which deals with the different system of units.

·        A graphical user interface (GUI) is a pictorial interface to a program.

·        A good GUI can make programs easier to use by providing them with a consistent appearance and with intuitive controls like pushbuttons, list boxes, sliders, menus, and so forth.

·        The GUI should behave in an understandable and predictable manner, so that a user knows what to expect when he or she performs an action.

For example, when a mouse click occurs on a pushbutton, the GUI should initiate the action described on the label of the button.

Converter -

·        Converter is a device which used for the conversion of one unit system into another system.

·        There are many types of conversion available like currency convertor, Metric Convertor, Temperature Converter.

·        These all type of converter can be made by using MATLAB Graphical User Interface.

Since GUI provides very highly technical interface for this purposes.

Temperature Scales - 

This converter includes four push buttons for Celsius, Fahrenheit, Kelvin and Rankine.

On pressing the number key the pressed number will be shown on the display screen and if we want the given temperature in degree Centigrade the press the push button *C and similarly for the Temperature Scale.
